"I HAD A PARTY FOR MY CHILD HERE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND. THE KIDS HAVE TO TAKE THEIR SHOES OFF BUT THEY ALLOW THEM TO GO OUTSIDE WITH THE SHOES AND COME BACK IN WITHOUT SHOES....WHICH IS RETARDED. SOCKS CARRY MORE GERMS THAN SHOES... MAKE IT MAKE SENSE."

"Booked for the 3rd time with this owner in August 2023 everything was magnificent until it wasn't. She forgot to turn on the AC before me and my party got there ( it was 100 degrees) and when we went to check the thermometer it said it was on 60 degrees and it was not both cakes I had made melted and EVERY food item that could melt melted INSIDE. My kids also had a party guest with a disability that includes fevoral seizures. Because of the AC issue the whole party had to end early and my $500 was wasted. When she realized what happened she asked me why I didn't notice sooner and call her (the last time i was there it was also hot the AC isnt great so i thought it was the same) I apologized and kinda left it but then after speaking with my mom she thought i should ask for a partial refund or something because thats the owner literal job so she and I called and the owner was happy to do a partial refund or another party. When I decided on the partial refund and not the party she has since ignored ever call, text and message. My advice is of your gonna book here use an avenue of payment you can dispute because if something goes wrong you will just be screwed and she will not be helpful. I have given her 4 months to respond about the partial refund she offered but she is just ignoring me yet still posting in her business page. I think it's unprofessional. She could have just said no I can't do a refund it would have been that simple. Plus the area it's in is not great I chose this place to support a small woman owned minority business..... regretting it now"

"Hosted my daughters first birthday party yesterday here 11/05/23 very nice area for kids they enjoyed themselves that’s what really matters my only complaint is the stairs a few guest did decline due to knee issues & didn’t want to climb up stairs but all around the experience was great & she was very helpful after one placed canceling on us last min. & her communication is awesome."

"Great idea! Needs a better location! Kids will enjoy it, could bring in more business if was in a better spot!!! Place was upstairs, no elevator which made it difficult to bring elderly guests. Owner was polite."
