You told me I can always use my package it never expires. So then? I did not hang up, that's was you Angela. You were yelling and sounded like you totally lost your mind. You could not carry a normal conversation with me, and even now you can't. So what are you saying? I won't be able to use my package that I paid for?? Then refund the money. You lied, I should have known never do business with people from Groupon. They are always the worst. Either give me the service I paid for or give me the money I paid. Right now you are keeping the money you haven't done anything for. That's theft!!! Think for a sec. Call me and let's figure this out."

"If I could I would give this place negative stars. She is very unprofessional. Does not know how to run a business. She's also rude and unapologetic. I texted her for an appointment. In her response, no greeting. Scheduled an appointment for Saturday, Nov 4th at 9:00AM. Not at any time did she explain her process that I would receive a link with an appointment to confirm nor that I will receive a reminder. I assumed once we exchanged texts the appointment was set. I drove over 30 minutes to get to her salon and she was a no show. No text nothing. I sent her two texts asking her where she was. I also called and left a message. She finally answered after over an hour. Saying she was at a hospital because her daughter was in labor. Said she sent out a cancellation at 6:00AM which I did not receive. Then she stated that the system she uses gets blocked by carriers as spam. If she is aware of this then why not follow up with a text to ensure the cancellation was received? She has no respect or value for anyone's time. It's evident with her reviews. She wasn't apologetic at all. Instead tried to put it back on me by asking if I received a confirmation link or reminder. That is not my responsibility. It is hers. I do not know her process nor did she explain it. I asked her for evidence that her system sent out the message (there should be a trail such as date and time stamp to prove it was sent) and she did not provide anything because she is a liar actually a narcissist by her behavior. Not accepting responsibility and blaming others. I would never recommend this business to anyone. Stay away!"

"Angela, was a year nurse for 17 years and is a skilled professional who is highly qualified and knowledgeable. Excellent dermaplane that included a hydrating facial and massage. Glorious hour and 15 minutes! I will be back every few weeks! Amazing, talented and passionate skincare provider! She is the Queen!"

"I purchased a Groupon for a microneedling appointment with Angela and am very happy with my results, even after just one treatment. She was so informative and her technique was such, that it was not painful at all for me. She took the time to explain the process, recovery, and next steps. "this is the worst place to book a facial if you’re looking for anything urgent. I booked a facial for an event and Angela cancelled last minute. Fyi, she works as a flight attendant so your appointment time is not finalized - it can be changed last minute. But she will not text or call you - she will just change it to a time that works for her and you have to reach out to her to figure out what’s going on. Highly unprofessional behavior. Plus she’s rude and not apologetic about it at all. She expects u to get a Groupon refund but will not help you get the refund. I’d not recommend this to anyone."
