"Bad value for money. Let me start by saying I had Cursty as my masseuse and she was great. But overall experience was not good based on prices they’re charging. It was supposed to be $190 for 80 minute prenatal massage. I arrived 10 minutes early to find they had been transitioning systems so my appt (for which I had an email confirmation) wasn’t in the system. They could only do 50 minutes for $160 since their closing time had also changed. I wasn’t given a robe and there was no time to relax. It was very chaotic as tried to get forms and room ready. I’ve never been to a spa without a robe and had to change in the room. Zero relaxation pre or post massage and I was tense from all the disorganization. For $5 more you can go to gaylord which has state of the art facilities to relax in before/after massage. I was willing to pay more as I wanted one last relaxing experience before baby but unfortunately luxury prices without luxury experience."

"This was my first time at Heaven On Main and I had a 50 minute custom facial with derma planing. I was not impressed. I’ve had great facials before but tried it out because a friend referred me. My regular facials always include steaming my face to open pores, cleansing my face, extractions, mask, moisturizing and derma planing. At HOM I just received moisturizing and she did extract some blackheads on my nose but would not remove the few milia I have. She said she didn’t want to damage my skin and told me to check with my dermatologist. My regular facialist always removes them with no problem. Also, when I got back to my car in the natural light I could still see hair on my face especially on one side of my lip and chin. I finished the job myself when I got home! I’m kicking myself for spending $240 including tip. Not happy!"

"Lovely staff beginning at the front desk. Cool and clean location. Cursty is an incredible masseuse. She worked out some knots - I also loved the scalp massage and foot scrub. Maddie is a super aesthetician - she gave me some advice on skin care. I had a nice visit and look forward to returning soon!!"

"I had an amazing experience here. I chose to do the 80 minute facial HoM for Her to start. It was above and beyond my expectations. Very relaxing, uniquely curated, and very detail oriented. I have sensitive skin and none of the products used irritated my skin and my esthetician, Jen, was very conscientious of that throughout the entire experience. She targeted my problem areas and the results were fantastic. She regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and was super accommodating. I left feeling extremely hydrated and rejuvenated. I highly recommend setting aside the time to treat yourself to this incredibly relaxing experience to reset and unwind."
