"Loved the clinic but once an employee decided to be very rude to me it put a very bad taste in my mouth. I spoke with Tiffany in regards to cancelling my membership due to a cardiac issue and originally thought maybe I would freeze for the interim but once I spoke with Tiffany I was adamant on cancelling. She has ZERO professionalism when speaking with a client and downright rude and distasteful. The other young ladies up front are so sweet but unfortunately I cannot say the same about Tiffany. My daughter was a former employee who gave her resignation due to unfortunate circumstances and because she is no longer employee I am being treated with utter disrespect."
"I am very much on the go so I pop into different spas when it’s most convenient for me and of all the places I’ve been LAKENIA gives the BEST massage! She is very powerful if you like deep tissue! I came in with neck and shoulder pain and I swear she worked on every single muscle and even did my scalp and face! Her techniques were unique and her energy was very calming. I will definitely be back to see her!"
