"The spa itself is great. You have access to the dry and steam saunas, hot tub and plunge pool. Receptionist and supporting spa staff were all wonderful! However, our services (massage + facial) were forgettable. The facialist did the bare minimum for $185. If you’re looking for a fabulous service, I wouldn’t recommend. If you’re looking for a day spa where you can relax all day, then this is a good place to do so!"

"Complaint about Hostility and Harassment during my stay at the Hotel Spa I am writing to express my disappointment and concern about the hostility and harassment I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel spa. As a guest who paid a great deal of money for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, I was shocked by the unprofessional behavior of some of your staff members. To provide you with some context, I went to the spa area for two days at your hotel. On the first day, I arrived at the spa and was immediately greeted by a staff member who seemed to be in a bad mood. She did not smile or offer any pleasantries, which was unexpected, as I had heard great things about the hospitality of your staff. After checking in, I went to the changing room to prepare to use the spa area. While I was changing, another staff member, "Elvis" walked in and started to stare at me in a way that made me extremely uncomfortable. I asked him if everything was okay, but he did not respond and continued to stare. This behavior was unacceptable, and I felt harassed and violated. He then followed me to the dry sauna where he asked me do I need any help in a tone that I did not belong there. On the second day, I went there Elvis again stared at me and then ask me if I was even a guest at the hotel. No greeting, just looking at me like I did not belong there. My experience at your hotel spa was not what I expected, and I felt disrespected and harassed during my stay. I believe that every guest should be treated with respect and dignity, and I am disappointed that your staff did not uphold these standards. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take the appropriate action to ensure that other guests do not have to go through similar experiences. "I just spent my morning at this spa and my entire experience from my welcome at the front desk, to the preparation of my services was amazing. I came in for a Mom getaway in town and got the 30 min express massage by Kitty, she is AMAZING and the massage was perfection! Rubia who attends in the locker room and spa area is phenomenal and very attentive to your needs. I was able to spend a couple hours after my service enjoying the cold plunge, the hot tub and steam room and dry sauna. It was just what this mama needed!"
