The manager told me “ah man, they do that all the time” are you kidding me? The owner of this location is well aware and did nothing, had the brave to charge me. I want my member ship cancelled this company and owner is a complete fraud. "The therapist are good but their membership contracts were terrible for me at least. I followed the contract and gave a doctor's note to cancel the membership for now. I kept getting no problem, then got it was cancelled but was still getting charged for 3 months. Never can talk to a manager when you call, they will call back within 48 hours. It should not be that difficult."

"I've been a member of Massage Envy for many years and, for the most part, have had good therapists. My negative comments have nothing to do with the therapists but more the policy of not allowing credits to be transferred. Most places are workable when credits have been accumulated, but I've found this Euless location to not be helpful. I will be cancelling my membership with a lot of unused credits."
