"Not even two hours into sleeping and this happens smh trash!!!! Hope they replace this because I’m in disbelief. Also we got the wrong bed delivered but that might explain the cheap quality in this one. Update :Thank you to the service Manager he was helpful and said they would replace the bed. I’ll add 5 stars when it’s replaced. Hopefully the right bed doesn’t collapse as well. Putting the broken bed to the side, the customer service was great and we might get additional furniture."

"My husband and I went into Burleson store to shop for a full bedroom set. We were greeted very warmly by Khari. The store was pretty busy for President’s Day Sale so we were able to get Katie’s attention after we decided on the set we wanted. Not only was she also super friendly but she found ways to offer further savings and helped with the financing process. No pressure sales and service is exceptional! Kurt and his guys arrived for earlier time slot which was the best. They were so easy to work with and patient with placement of one bookcase to a different location than originally anticipated. 5 star service all the way around! Would definitely recommend this location to anyone!"

"This was our first time shopping at Home Zone. I really liked the set up of the store. We got greeted and told that if we needed any assistance to let them know. We browsed the store. They have coffee, ice cream, and girl scout cookies for all the customers. Our sales rep Alondra was great. She answered all of our questions. We did not felt pressured at all. "I’ll start with the showroom… we were greeted immediately and pointed in the right direction. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who helped us because he was patient and helpful with all of our requests! Next, the delivery was on time and both guys were super helpful and efficient. When a concern popped up, they asked me about it instead of just assuming, which is a big deal in my opinion. The fact that they assemble your furniture is also beyond amazing! Prices seem reasonable for the quality of furniture, but I’ve never spent this kind of money at a store like Home Zone Furniture. So far, everything seems perfect!"
