"There are always several friendly faces waiting at the front to welcome you in and let you know they are there when you need them but they give you space to comfortably shop the store. The lady manager there at the time of my visit was super friendly and helpful. The new guy s approach was just right a real gentleman salesman. He was informative and patient throughout our shopping journey. I've been purchasing from this location 10 years and can confidently say the service is consistently pleasant, product variety and quality only continue to improve. "Can not express my disgust in our experience with Ashley furniture. Bought our youngest son a bunk bed in late may/early June. The bottom bed frame broke in several places in late October. When we called to use the manufacturer warranty, we were told their next available date was 12/1/2023. Got a confirmation yesterday 11/30/2023 for between 230 and 530. Sat around the house all afternoon waiting and they never called or showed up. Kids been without his bed for over a month. ***** update****** 12-3-2024 Finally fed up with my kid not being able to use his bed and decided to fix it myself, since they had shipped the needed parts to us. Opened the box to find out they sent the WRONG parts! So, even if they had shown up when they were scheduled, the bed still wouldn't be fixed. I noticed they also over tighten the leg and broke it and tried to fix it with a wood screw. Guess I will pay a personal visit to the store tomorrow."

"After a long search for a new set of couches, we finally found what would work best for us with the help of Daniel A. He truly helped the experience go much smoother and truly was patient with us. Daniel helped us throughout the whole process and even helped by moving around sectionals and tables to see what best fit our living area. To top it off we even found a bedroom set for our son.
