"My wife booked this hotel for our 10th anniversary for our trip to south padre island. She requested the staff: Raymon at reception to do some special arrangements as it was special occasion for us. He said they usually dont do it but will try to do something. When we reached, to our surprise the staff went above and beyond to do the arrangements. They arranged balloons, artificial flowers, candles, note stating happy anniversary, swan made with towels and champagne with glasses. It was totally wow. Honestly i have stayed in many hotels fir our anniversary. But this one was best in terms of arrangement. Breakfast was good too. Their staff prepared scrambled eggs for us although it wasn’t in their menu that day. Super service. Top notch. Thank you guys for providing us a lovely memory."

"Location was good for traveling to South padre, harligen or surrounding areas. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was nice, beds a bit uncomfortable for me personally, room service was mostly good. I did run out of toilet paper on our checkout day but otherwise good experience and would stay again if ever in the town again. If better options were available, then may have chosen different."

"This hotel is great. I am so impressed with everything. The room is awesome. Nice and clean and the beds are super comfortable. The pillows and sheets are great. Big TV. I loved it. It smelled wonderful. A young man was shampooing the hall carpets and it smelled so good. They also provide two free bottles of water in your room. Very nice. I would most definitely recommend this hotel. Top notch."
