"This is by far one of the dirtiest, nastiest stores I’ve ever been in. Floors were dirty, bathroom was disgusting, and product was all over the place. To top it off, I was in the store for 15 minutes wanting to purchase a bookcase and I was never approached by a single employee. In fact, I counted a total of one employee and she was stationed at the front cash register. Following in the footsteps of many other customers, I will be taking my business and money to a competitor. The leadership of this store, and OfficeMax overall, need to get it together and figure out how to provide a better customer experience or you will continue to lose customers and revenue."
