"Everyone has to face long wait times Trane is no exception. Most people complaining are people who aren't contractors and Trane only sells to contractors. They made a poor choice in not hiring a contractor or a poor choice of an unlicensed pro! Now they want the manufacturer to jump hoops for their poor choice. If you chose a less then reputable contractor or unlicensed handymen who you cant find anymore it's not on Trane to violate there terms to deal with contractors only. It's the contractors job to repair your units it's Trane who supplies the parts but they won't do it for the home owner just like Toyota won't sell you a part from the assembly line you have to take it a pro or buy through middleman"

"Horrible serive for replacement of defective unit. No one wants to honored the warranty under 1 half years old. No one is helpful and when call in to store No one answers the phone. Still have a defective Trane unit build in 11/2019 but no one wants to help get a replacement."

Long hold times, inconsistent and inaccurate online ordering, and a lack of accountability from both staff and management.
