"Holy cow, it was so good, my server lis was great, she helped me with all my requests and her knowledge of all the items in the menu was impressive!. They have on each table a chili oil that I only found in asian restaurant in Europe but never found here! Thanks again I will be back very soon"
"I came here craving some ramen, and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint! I was attented by Allen, he was so comforting and knowledgeable about the food selections and helped me pick what me and my wife wanted for lunch! His service was impeccable, very quick and respectful. and don’t get me started on the food. out of this world.. 10/10, definitely coming back and trying the next recommendation from Allen :)"
"Great location in a park/mall. The ramen was good but be aware that Rakkan offers vegan broth ONLY… I was surprised about this. Even though ramen flavor was good, it will never be as flavorful as a pork- or bone broth. The hand roll variety is very low - California was good though. The service was a bit slow, considering how small the place is. Recommend this place for vegetarians. For meat lovers, there is better ramen in the city"
"The place is in a nice shopping area, and has a small but cute ambience. We had the vegan gyoza, matcha hot green tea, chicken shansu, vegan spicy garnet and garnet miso sauce ramen bowls. We all found the bowls hot, filled with noodles and toppings and a good flavor to it. I didn’t find the spicy garnet spice enough to my liking. Liz took really good care of us and made sure we knew what we ordered. They even gave us free mochi ice cream to try out in the end."
