Reviews of Stick Talk Cajun-Hibachi Midtown
"I would say this restaurant is interesting. Food was decent, I say a little overpriced. Not necessarily authentic hibachi. Music was good. Drinks taste like juice definitely not much alcohol in them. The Double Up Combo is enough for two people. There’s a couple spots for parking next to the restaurant. There’s a parking lot adjacent to the restaurant, looks a little sketchy."
"Wednesday night dinner was a success. I ordered the shrimp and salmon with fried rice and it was delicious. I'd say too much rice but can you complain about too much food? Others in my party got the all veggies plate and the trio (steak, chicken, and shrimp) food was 8/10, service 10/10, my drink was called a fruit loop. I took out the tequila drink, and it was DELICIOUS."
"This was my 1st visit. The food was good, a friend and I went for lunch, so we had the lunch specials plus the tempura shrimp. It was super expensive for just us two. It was almost $100 and the menu also says that the gratuity of 20% is automatically included in the bill, so when we were paying there was an option for an additional tip. We did not pay the additional tip. Service was very minimal and she forgot to put in the shrimp tempura order. They were out of steak and the only options were shrimp and chicken. They were out of watermelon Lemonade also. The seating in very very uncomfortable, all they have are metal barstools for bartop seating or a smaller version of metal barstools for uncomfortable table top seating, no regular chairs with backs for an option. So someone who has back problems or knee problems or even a bigger person will have seating issues here. The restrooms had no toilet paper and the large troph sink was backed up with hair in it. Now the food was delicious but all these other things made mine and my friends dinning experience here not so good.. I will not recommend this place to anyone, it is severely overpriced to be way uncomfortable.."
"This place was on my list try. It did not disappoint. The food is a little pricey per person. If your about that life then All good. If not they also have lunch special. Had had shrimp and chicken with noodles. My girlfriend had shrimp and crawfish tails with rice."
"I had the opportunity to eat here while on vacation. The manager on duty ( I don't remember her name) was friendly and attentive to my needs. My server, however, could've done a better job. She kind of forgot about me and forgot to bring my lemonade. I ordered the shrimp hibachi with noodles. The food was overpowered with Cajun seasoning. In my opinion, this ruined the meal. If you're a fan of Cajun food, then this may be the place for you. I wouldn't eat here again. The restaurant is located on a corner, and parking is limited. The inside is decorated nicely, and it's clean."
