"When you need a tool on the weekends, not many options. They don’t hire the quickest people in this department. Especially for a Saturday. But that’s the same story with the main store. All the newbies work the weekends and the experienced one seem to only work the week days. It may not be that way but it seems it some times."

"Unfortunately, customer service is not a common denominator at this location. I have used several locations for tool rental and never had a poor experience until now. I rented small tools with the understanding I would be able to return them after work. A meeting ran longer than expected, and I called to let them know my situation and if they can take it into consideration. I was told there is nothing we can do and you'll be charged for the time used, we do not care about travel time. Yes, I understand not accounting for travel is standard, but I had asked for consideration, which none was given. I was told the representative spoke with the head and he or she said charge the full time. Talk about a lack in customer service, especially during the holiday season where traffic is a nightmare. I would strongly recommend taking you business elsewhere. There are many local rental companies that would love to earn your business and do right by the customer, unfortunately this is not one of them."
