"We were told by Champion to drop off our equipment for warranty to Northern Tool. I love northern tool. It took 2 hours to get it loaded and drive the long distance. We were approached by Anthony who says we can not drop it off, but if we come back in 5 days, we can. When handed to the manager, Nick, he told him let her know we cant do anything. So Nick says sorry too. We are an annual member with them and we pay for this. We buy our equipment with them and have for over 6 years. And because of this terrible experience, we will not. Bad training, bad management, and no empathy for the customer experience. All the key points to keeping a RETAIL in business."
