"Well Laura’s had been our pharmacy for 5 years, it started out a good pharmacy but then the up’s and downs of service started. The auto-fill was hit and miss and then for some reason my phone numbers would change in their systems and it wouldn’t send reminders. Their lack of training new employees put customers behind the 8-ball and extremely unapologetic. Like oh well! When I informed Laura that I’d be taking my business elsewhere, she said “Good luck finding a pharmacy who takes care of you like we have!” Well if bad service is your business model, it won’t be hard!"
