"6/3/23 Update* They have paper bags now and the customer service is fantastic. There was a sale going on today but I wasn't sure what to get. With the assistance of an employee, I was able to get items for family members and myself.. different types of hair. The times (more than 3 and different months) I've gone they never have any bags to carry out items, but the workers I've encountered there are nice. This last time I bought some items on sale, and when I got home I noticed I was charged the wrong amount when the item was clearly labeled with the price. I'm getting tired of the no bags issue. Not once have I've been told its a permanent thing there so I end up carrying the items in my arms.. I don't carry a purse if I don't need to."

"Wow. I wasn't going to write this review. But I see now I'm not the only who has had an awful experience. I made a trip here because of the close proximity to my home. But after having encountered the older woman with the dirty blonde hair. Nope, I'm willing to drive across town! I cannot for the love of me remember her name. But if you ever make the trip to this location, you'll know exactly who it is. I would have to look back at the reviews cause I know I saw someone post her name. But if I stop now, I'll forget what I wanted to write. Kindness goes a long way. And if I read correctly that she is the manager. No ma'am!!! This company needs to do better. For now. I'll be driving across town. I'll make a drive back around the holidays when I change my hair, in the hopes that she's no longer there. Before I end, the younger girl with long, curly hair was helpful. And sweet. I want to say she had long curly hair. I could be wrong. Thanks."

"I went yesterday looking for some styling product for my hair but they didn't have it in stock. The female working suggested another product that was just as good and she was on point. Long story short I always get good service but you guys don't always have what I'm looking for which is a friendly reminder that we don't live in a perfect world."

"Very disappointed with the manager off of Ware Rd. This happens every time me or my daughter go in to make a simple purchase as our business is near by. She never greets you and makes you feel very uncomfortable. Other people can be helping us and she will literally stop what she is doing in the back office room to stand right next to the employee. She never Acknowledges you to let us know she appreciates the business or shows some basic Courtesy. She is Hispanic Light skin shoulder length hair. I will make sure to get her name here soon. I hope regional management can see this review and send a mystery shopper to see that this manager is rude, shows no compassion, is immature, and is not someone they need to manage this store."
