"Started a program with them for 2 months and after spending over $800 and decided not to continue I never got a follow up call or a check up on results. Customer service as well not good at all. This business is just in it for the money they don’t care what results you get as long as they get their money. Will certainly not be coming back or referring anybody here. Much better options out there."

I was excited on booking my first appointment but quickly hung up when the vibe was just not there. Didn’t seem friendly at all, they lack customer service! I will be giving another location a try."

"No issues for years until I tried to book an appointment on sessions payed less than one year ago (which is in the policy). Management kept saying my file had been destroyed because it had been a couple of months since my last appointment and they couldn’t do anything about it. (Apparently the same excuse I’ve heard from friends who have had similar experiences, which is why I went to the San Juan location personally). I had proof on my phone and in seconds magically I was in the system. They put me on the schedule for tomorrow but didn’t even bother to call or text as they usually do to confirm appointments, more than likely so I can loose the appointment. After everything and even thought we came to an agreement, I rather loose the money. Not speaking for all the locations, but San Juan poor management work ethics."

"Idk about other locations but Laredo was not great service. No one had experience and could not explain anything to me. The micro needling machine can basically be bought online by anyone. There’s no numbing cream used and it’s just very cheap materials used. One of the products I could’ve bought at ulta. I usually go to Houston but settled for local. I’d rather just go pay more in Houston where I see my results in one session. Also they quoted the price as less than what I was charged. I hope they didn’t include the tip before the service was done. But I didn’t mind because I’m never coming back"

"Booked 6 sessions and paid in full. Every time I came in no one knew why I was in the room waiting and what kind of treatment I was getting. Final visit was set at 6pm and they were very clear to not be late or miss my appointment. 30 minutes later still waiting for someone to do the laser service. Customer service is extremely poor, everyone seems so rushed to just get the laser treatment done so they can make the room available for the next client. Coming in felt like a constant inconvenience to the staff. I had anxiety having to come in for an appointment because of how I knew I’d be treated on the next visit. I walk in and the person just stares at me and looks down and continues writing and then asks me “you have an appointment?” without even looking at me. Yes they call you muñeca and princesa but the service is honestly not worth it. I won’t ever be coming back to this location."
