Best of luck to you . What an awful experience very unprofessional, they massage 1/5 rating. I booked a couple massage session 60 minutes with a facial mask . Communicated ahead that I can pay when I get there or used the Groupon voucher . I asked,if they’ll honor the Groupon price if I pay in person,I was told yes . Once I arrived for the appointment the massage therapist asked me for the voucher ( wow) and claimed I spoke with someone else.I decided to purchase the Groupon and present the voucher to continue . I was also told the person who processed the credit cards weren’t available (wow) While being massaged,sorry body rubbed both therapist started to laughing softly. I dismissed it the first , second, third and as I attempted to relax , again they laugh , I had to intervene and asked what was funny. I continued to ask if they wanted to share the joke ? I was told no! one therapist didn’t speak English to well. She can only speak Spanish. After I said we speak Spanish too the room went silent . What does you not speaking Spanish have to do with your unprofessional behavior of laughing while conducting a massage, sorry body rub. I can assume the jokes was pertaining to us . I felt very uncomfortable afterwards and couldn’t relax , thoughts filled my mind as to if they were doing something that they won’t supposed to do. I wanted the session to be over with to leave and never return."
