"This place was an unexpected gem. I was traveling through Kentucky on my way to Florida and my Airbnb host recommended this place for dinner. Expected basic rural bar food... But this is definitely elevated bar food! I enjoyed an old fashioned while waiting for my burger and fries take out. One of the better old-fashioneds I have had in a long time. My bartender was actually one of the owners and I really enjoyed chatting with her. For me, it's always a special bonus to support a women-owned business. Highly recommend!"

"Backroad Burger is the best burger in a 50 mile radius! Arguments for the best burgers I’ve had in the state of Kentucky! The restaurant was clean and service quick and friendly. "Everything here was 5 stars. We got there early, so no wait for a table, and the service was quick! We had to try the Higher Than Hell Nachos, which were fabulous!! There was enough nachos cramed in the can to feed 2 people easily! I also opted to get the Queso Burger with bacon it was messy, but soo good!"
