"I love shopping here because they have a lot of unique gifts but the customer service is always a hit and miss. Today I went in for a last minute gift. I saw an associate standing around the register with no customers. I asked if she could check me out. She said she wasn’t open. I got in the other line with two elderly women buying hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise and the other two associates in the store were hanging around the register not offering to check other people out at a new register. I ended up leaving my item and driving over to kohls for my gift. It would be great to have more consistent service. Very disappointed."
"I'm from Las Cruces, and have missed these lovely gift stores-- our last one closed a few years ago. And this one is so terrific. It is a beautiful shop with so many items that range from fun, beautiful, charming, witty, sweet, classic, modern-- a great variety. The selection is well thought-out. My daughter and I easily killed an hour in there, and we love the special items that we purchased."
