"This storage facility is a joke. I took my debit card off their automatic payment for March and they still fraudulently charged my card and refused to refund and take another form of payment. Their website even stated once I removed it from automatic payments they would not be able to charge it. I moved out for the month of May and they are refusing my refund because I didn't give my 10 day notice. Their storage units are poorly built so your stuff will be covered in layers and layers of dirt. I have rented multiple units at multiple places and never had that issue. I also have never had such horrible customer service either. They deal via text, do not have office hours, and they take forever to respond sometimes. Not sure what you would do in an emergency. I have included how nasty my stuff was after just a couple months. They built these units very poorly. I have used and dealt with several U-Haul unit, Sparefeet, Sparebox, Metro, Another Attic, and one at a business park and they have never looked like this even after a year and buying them at auction. Their units on the backside are also extremely hard to get to after it rains/snows because they have dirt and no cliche or pavement back there. Definitely consider some of the other units around before considering them especially if you want your stuff to be stored properly without getting damaged."
