"Cashiers will not bag your groceries and are so rude! She just ignored us and never said a word. The manager might be the same way for not training employees. By reading the reviews, it seems it has not changed. Don't waste your time save money go somewhere else. To the owners, please invest in good training and customer service."

"My husband went to eat with his workers and the food was good but the service was very bad. The lady treated him rudely when all he asked for was his drink. It was at 9:19 a.m. at the food station inside the store. Her name says Britany M. On the receipt. This shouldn't had happened especially that early in the morning so sad. I would have given it ZERO STARS‼️‼️ I think the owner should know about this because I'm sure my husband wasn't her first victim."

"This grocery has EVERYTHING, plus the prices are very good. They stock everything from guava, to shrimp, chicharron. See video for their well stocked produce section. I went here primarily for meat. Decided to make pho soup and they had beef bones, thin cut chuck and surprisingly beef tendo. No store carries beef tendon. Thank you JD Super Mercado. You really out did yourself. Will be back!"

"Come here all the time on average 3x a week. Family of 6 so we spend a lot of money here on every visit. Today was the absolute last time I will ever shop at this store. I was grabbing a few things along with my 2 youngest children and used a small pull basket. Just paid and was walking out when I was told these baskets were not allowed outside. I told them I couldn’t carry my items by hand and I would bring it back in store. So instead of offering to help me they had several employees yell at me and follow me to my vehicle as if I was stealing!!! I just spent over 100 dollars on this visit to be yelled at and treated like a criminal in front of my children!! My kids were in shock!! The other customers were just looking at me it was so embarrassing. Worst employees here! This is how you treat your loyal customers? All over a small shopping basket."

"The cashier rang me up and I paid. She didn’t ask me if I wanted a bag, so I asked her for one. She said in Spanish how much, I kindly said I’m sorry I don’t understand, at that point she refused to help me any further. The customer behind me told me what she said, so I gave her the dollar for the bag. She then threw the bag at me, I asked her to bag my items, she shook her said no and said I need to wait till after she takes care of the next customer, mind you I’m still in line, and my items are by her. I said nicely, ma’am I need to go can I have my items? She completely ignored me! The cashier Janet would not help me because I didn’t speak Spanish, she said this in her own words! You don’t speak Spanish I will not help you. This is the second time she has treated me like this! The first time was about two months ago, I spoke to the many then, I did not react to the cashier, but this time I did. As I spoke to the manager who was refusing to give me corporate or the owners name, the cashier Janet was laughing at me. This was so disrespectful, I felt unsafe. I can not believe they allow such horrible customer service! I will be calling the better business bureau ASAP to file a complaint! The security guard came to me apologizing on the cashiers behalf because he seen it all. I was not rude at all, very respectful to her up until she treated me like garbage. They were beyond rude. I will not be letting this go at all. This was the one on decker lane on August 30.2023 at around 6pm. She pulled me out of character that day. I’ve been a lying customer for the past two years, only ever had issues with this one cashier. I would not have gone to get if I would of recognized her from the last time. I want her removed from this job, it’s unfortunate, but you can NOT treat people like this, not because the customer, because I am a human being!!"
