"Asahi Japanese Market offers quality products from creamy soft serve ice cream, flavorful Onigiri, delicious Bento boxes, and so much more. The friendly customer service is a big plus. Go check them out!"
"Always love popping in to grab lunch in the freshly prepared section. They have an excellent variety of Asian foods, snacks and treats, along with unique dishware and other fun Asian sourced goods. Parking is easy in front and don’t forget your punchcard!"
"The best Japanese store in Austin hands down. They literally have everything!! Onigiri hotline is phenomenal, can text it and come by to pick up handmade FRESH onigiri (or bento, breads, etc, depending on the day. Pic down below for menu and hotline number). Staff is so kind and always polite. There’s stationary at the front, and rows on rows of food in the back. Sake and beer to your heart’s content! There’s cooking utensils, a fully sized ramen selection, and a freezer section as well. I don’t know how they fit so much in this size store but it’s incredible. I recommend the chicken karaage Onigiri, it’ll change your life."
"This Japanese store serves takeout Japanese food and snacks. There is a lot of varieties of Japan popular snacks, food and many imports goods. Small but well stocked store. The soft serve is so tasty. Tried both flavors, Matcha and Black sesame. It smell and taste exactly like it’s flavor. The onigiri is very tasty too. If the flavors runs out, tell them and they will make for you, takes about 5-10mins time. Weekend seems busy. But definitely worth a visit."
