"Don't tip them! All the tips go to employers (according to current employees). These poor guys works 70-80 hrs a week under $12 an hour (under the table!) Y'all are making store owners rich. Tipping was designed for food service workers who make $2.15 an hour. YOU are the reason it’s becoming unable to tip anywhere. You are a convenience store. Turn the tipping off."
