"Rooms look good. However shower was a real disapointment. Made a complain about it for this 120 dollar room I expect at least a room with a shower that has hot water. However I did try. No hot water. And the water that came out of it had no presure. Need to be fixed. Hope they compensate this tomorrow. Update: get contacted by hotel and did see response. They told me I get a refund of 25 dollar. Waiting on it."

"We had three days of prison ministry at the Dalhart prison. Location was good. And they opened up breakfast early so we could have coffee eggs sausage, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and waffles. Excellent."

"The lady when we came in at night was great, very nice and helpful. The room itself was clean but the mattress top covers had some stains and if you check the mattresses they were dirty n stained. Didn't stay for the breakfast. The prices out there are super high I guess since their the only town to stop at during a snowstorm they price gouge. As the rooms sold the prices got higher by the hour. Even using the apps. I guess next time will sleep in the car."

"When we entered the room, there was the cutest towel puppy on the bed, and a note from Alicia, so cute! The room was clean. Towels are super soft, felt like home towels not hotel towels. Which is perfect after driving for 16 hours and just wanting a shower. Staff is friendly and accommodating."

"The room my family and I were given was decent but the ac/heater was busted on one side and hanging out of the wall which we didn’t care as tired as we were until this morning. The First Lady I dealt with when checking in was very sweet and provided us with very great service as we tried to check in across the street at the Hampton inn for 20 minutes and no one was there at the desk and the phones were off the hook, turns out the owner of days inn owns that hotel as well so sounds to me like he needs to get better staff. We stayed one day, two nights, the lady told us we could check out at 1pm with no additional fee once we called the day before. We forgot checkout time and contacted them to ask in which that was the information she gave us. The next morning, the very rude lady called asking us to check out at 10:45am in which we informed her of the information we were given which with a very terrible attitude proceeded to tell us how she didn’t notate anything and it isn’t her problem and that she will be charging us for additional time so when asking to speak with the manager, she refused to allow us to do so stating she had no way to contact him and he won’t be in until tomorrow. Well to us, that’s not acceptable so she then proceeded to contact him and she wanted us to walk to the front to speak with him via telephone so my husband said he’s tired of this hotel and we left. We will be sending his brother up there the following day to handle this situation or we will be reaching out to HR or Wyndham and I will be updating this review in the future with the end result."
