"I've previously been here and it was OK, my nails were pretty etc. This last time I went NOT IMPRESSED and won't be going back. At least 6 of my nails broke in the same week because of how thin they were. The design was OK but absolutely nothing like I wanted, I did not like it them AT ALL!!"

"I got my nails done by Tom, we went to the counter to pay and he up charged me more than ever before. Normally I do get the razzle dazzle. But this time I got something simple! He literally took my card and swiped it. I had to call my bank as that was not an authorized charge. The place is dirty at all time, customer service doesn’t exist here. The lady that does brows sucks, she will literally Jack up your brows and walk away. The smell is so bad you will need more than 2 mask. My MIL was cut many of times, 2 of my sisters were constantly getting up charged for basic nails, just cause Tom does what he wants at times! We have all found a new place, and this place would never be our last resort!"

"Definitely a family business. Very sweet lady that I had. Got a manicure with clear polish only. Knocked off one star for the hand massage. It was great and seemed like it lasted a few minutes on my right hand. Then my left hand only got a massage for a few seconds. :( Note that all the 1 star reviews are from years ago. I have only been there once, but not too bad. Prices are good! They also have a lady that does massages."
