"Got gel pedicure last month and the nail polish peeled. I went back and they fixed it. I went Friday again to change the color and the lady did not do a good job so I asked her to redo it because I did not want to come back. She fixed it right there but when I got home the nail polish peeled. I have gone to several nail salons and this has never happened with gel polish. I was so disappointed! I asked for a refund and they refused to refund me."

"Had: Magazine photo styled nail salon! Chandeliers, big clean bathroom with walls tiled to the ceiling, the large pedicure chairs that actually leans all the way back, hostess/cashier at the front to greet you, sign you in and take your payment at the end. Didn’t have: ALL the techs asking what you want done when you walk in, cramped space feel for technicians and customers, someone tryout or collect payment before your polish can dry, pressure with the up sell or the attitude that comes when you decline. There were a lot of people in front of me so I signed in and left my phone set a take a call me when it was my turn. I walked right back in and took a little longer than I anticipated to get in a chair but everything else was smooth. Looked like water, snow cones, margaritas and wine bar set up too! Classy ladies! Classy!"
