"I had been to the place before and had a good experience However, my next visit was awful. I will never return because of the unprofessional person that did my nails. I asked for something so basic and simple. I had a bad feeling from the moment I walked in, but I figured how bad can she be to mess up a fill-in and some black polish with a little bit of silver glitter on one finger of each hand. I even showed her a picture for reference. She put the acyclic product past my cuticles and was very rough filing my nails. When I told her it was uncomfortable she replied "oh, you sensitive". She painted black polish way past my cuticles and on the sides of my nails and tried to clean it up using her finger nails, GROSS! She repeatedly wiped the polish off my nails several times because she accidentally kept brushing up against my nails before they dried. She tried putting silver polish on all my nails when I only requested it on two nails. When reminded she replied “who cares about the pictures I should do what I want with my nails”. This lady was a complete imbecile. I honestly don't even know how she has a licence if she can't even do basic nail tech work. She needs to retire if she can't do that, listen to customers, learn new skills and keep up with current trends. I wasted two hours of my time and my money to only have the nail polish peel off in two days."

"Took a chance here since my regular place was super busy that day, and they turned me away. The location is not super fancy place but very homey and welcoming. The ladies here have great customer service. My technician was very knowledgeable and gave me options for my nails. She was very knowledgeable and payed attention to detail. I’m very satisfied with my nails and happy with the customer service experience . I will be coming back."

"Went with a friend to get a pedicures, she received excellent service with sanitized tools. However I had the opposite she used tools that were just in a cart with dirty gloves and trash. My tech decided it would be a good idea to throw her dirty gloves on top of my feet in the bowl while she cleaned the drain plug. Between the pitch of epoch/nu skin products I did get a beautiful gel color on my toes. But had to rush home and soak feet in alcohol and pray for no infections."

"I was a bit hesitant to go in here because it just looks very plain from the outside but I’m making this my new go to place. The staff is very nice and friendly and Mimi gave me an excellent SNS manicure. This is the 4th place I’ve been to since I moved to this area and finally she did them justice. She didn’t make them thick and all gloppy like other salons. They finally just look like my real nail. Who I’m guessing might be the owner is super sweet and nice too. Great job!"
