I was told there was a minimum payment to use a card and the owner told me to take the water and just "pay next time". "Stopped in during the great Texas blizzard 2021! Long line. Well stocked. They had plenty of snackies and drinks. Probably the last place in town who had water. The clerk was nice and very friendly even though there was a long line. I have lived in this neighborhood for 10 years but this was my first experience stopping in."
