"Not sure what's going on at this particular location, however, there are no public restrooms for customers and the wifi never works... I'm not sure about the internet but whats the actual law regarding restrooms as this was all I could find. Pretty frustrating and why I gave two stars. All I could find below... Publicly and privately owned facilities where the public congregates shall be equipped with sufficient temporary or permanent restrooms to meet the needs of the public at peak hours."
