"This was our first time going here and would absolutely recommend them to everyone. From the lady working the front desk to the beyond patient, kind, and understanding Nurse Natalia (sorry if I misheard) and the very patient and thorough Dr Wilches, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a sick kiddo. Natalia was so patient and gentle with our 3yr old when doing her flue and strep test I can’t thank her enough because she is very scared after a previous nurse(not at this location) stabbed the swab in her throat very hard and made her bleed, and sadly that time she was very still and cooperative but was not at all today because she was scared but Natalia was so patient it really helped her trust her and hopefully for future tests. The tests came back negative but Dr Wilches knew something was wrong and continued to ask questions and. Heck until finding an issue as he didn’t want us to have more severe issues with the weekend approaching. So thankful my wife found this place."

"Great staff that are very knowledgeable! Super clean facility. After years of missed diagnoses and slews of doctors appointments, we finally have answers for my daughter. All it took was one in-depth PA, Servio, to get us on the right course and into a specialist. Thank you all again! E.T.A. I had to take my daughter to the ER the next night. She got worse and it turns out she had pneumonia in her right lung. When I brought up her getting a chest X-ray, I was told she didn't need one and their tech was off anyway that day. "I had an excellent experience at this urgent care facility. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful. Despite a brief wait due to having only one doctor available, the service we received was top-notch. The front desk staff, despite being on the phone, made sign-in easy with an iPad and were sincerely apologetic when they finished their call. The nurse who escorted us to the room was exceptionally kind, offering snacks and water and checking on us until the doctor arrived. Not to mention the facility was super clean. Speaking of the doctor, she was fantastic. She took her time, answered all of my questions, and it was evident that she genuinely cared about my daughters well-being. The entire team consistently apologized for the wait, but it honestly didn't bother me because the customer service was superb. I highly recommend this urgent care facility for their caring and attentive staff."
