"I'm pretty low maintenance, but I will not be back. Nail tech rushed through my manicure (there wasn't a line of people behind me or any reason to hurry). Sorry I didn't pick a more expensive service, but if I don't see good quality on the lower end, why would I spend more? If you look at the reviews, most of the positive ones are for acrylic or more expensive options. I wanted my nails to look nice for work, but I could have done them myself far nicer. There's polish on the cuticle area, stray polish on my skin, uneven polish, and uneven shaping. When the polish was smudged, the tech just painted more over it and made a thicker mess. No cuticle oil applied either. So after wasting time and money, I'll be taking all this off and redoing it at home."
"I asked for lacquer nails, not gel, but he put the clear coat on for the gel anyway and then didn't remove it right. So guess what? My nail polish peeled right off within forty eight hours. He didn't paint the design on we talked about either after that. He wasn't happy with me not agreeing to gel. It's ok,I won't be back."
"Both myself and my wife had a pedicure and manicure done at Venus, it was clean, comfortable, and they were nice and attentive. We were able to get an appointment almost immediately. My wife is very happy with her colors and the application, I am amazed at the softness on my fingers and toes. The massage on the legs, calves and feet were invigorating and gentle. We will start doing this once a month as we were very pleased with the results."
