"I went with a friend on 2/24/24. We went around 4pm. We did not have to wait, we recieved wonderful pedicures, and while that was happening, we both had our finger nails done. I get powder/dip on my own nails, and the sweet lady knew exactly what to do, and she didn't cake it on, my nails are smooth, she did the shape I asked for, I last minute told her I like sparkles on the other fingers, and she worked magic for me too; loved her and her attention to the details. The sweet lady who did my toes also knew what she was doing, loved every minute of the pedicure, and I needed it badly. My friend had two great people doing her nails too and she said she can't wait to go back. They offered drinks as soon as we sat down, they brought the colors for gel and dip to our chairs, everyone was so kind. We had a great afternoon here."
"I've been coming here for 2 years every 3 week and I was very happy, but today was the last time. The last two times I've been here, they've done a very bad job. The sizes are different, the shapes are different. The first one I went to couldn't apply nail polish so all peeled off and the second one was so bad about the size! All she had to do was compare the fingers of two hands side by side. I have one long hand and one short hand. It's never the sharpness as I'd like. I have a habit of not breaking anyone's heart, so I couldn't say it, but as far as I understand, the old employees are gone and the new ones should improve themselves in acrylic nails, unfortunately. That's not enough for the at least $65 I pay every time I come. I will look for another place"
"Calming atmosphere, fast service (called ahead for 2 mani pedi), matte gel polish still no chips 8 days later, cuticles didn’t bleed or damage like other places. Reasonable prices. Will be back!"
"Update since I can't respond directly to owner below: I went in so that they could see for themselves how badly my nails looked but did start the conversation with the fact that I could not stay since I had to travel. I personally don't feel any part of the conversation was inappropriate. Being assertive and transparent about my experience (which is a valid response to the situation) is very different than having an attitude. Respectfully, I don't feel like the manger I spoke with was being very kind. Review: I remembered this place driving in from Dallas (where I now live) and since I was having dinner at The Domain with family felt like it would be a nice and convenient place to stop. BIG MISTAKE. One of my nails chipped literally HOURS after I left. They look so bubbly and foggy. She didn’t even touch my cuticles. The photos and video don’t even do it justice with how bad they look. My 13 year old niece even pointed how awful they were at dinner. I went back and the manager tried to blame me for choosing to get French after having a single color. First, I’ve switched to French from single color many times and have never run into this issue. Secondly, if your techs don’t feel like they can manage doing a quality job, why not redirect me? Seems like they don’t care about the quality of their work but rather how many people they can get in and overcharge for a rushed poor quality result. Lastly, how about some accountability?!?! Anyway, they offered to fix the broken nail and she said verbatim “the nails don’t even look that bad. That’s just what happens”. I requested a refund as I needed to head home 4 hours away and didn’t have time to stay and they refused. My total for a pedi and dip on my natural nails was $144. This place is a joke."
