I’ve had acrylic over natural, and pedicure. Both fantastic. I appreciate the smaller, more personal conditions with her. I also enjoy her chatter. Lovely person."

"Crystal is amazing at what she does. She really listen on what you want and advised you on what’s best for your own nails. She’s the only one in ATX that I found who does hard gel which I absolutely love. She is very focus on detail, takes her time, and does that little things that enhance the quality of her work. "I have been going to Crystal on and off since before the pandemic hit. This nail salon is the only one I have found that offers polygey extensions. Crystal does an excellent job every single time. She takes her time to perfect the shape,which important to me because I’m very particular about the shape of my nail, and my nails looking natural. Crystal nails it every single time. I have experienced nothing but great customer service from Crystal. She doesn’t play when it comes to people wasting her time and I completely understand and respect that about her. "I have been seeing Crystal for dip nails since summer 2021, and I've never had a poor experience. My nails last 3 weeks or more, assuming I don't carelessly break one, and they still look amazing. I also had the opportunity to have my nails done by Ivy, and her work was just as great. I take to Crystal's professional recommendations on shape and length because they have kept my natural nails long, unbroken, and no need for extensions/tips. It seems the negative reviews stem from no shows or unclear cancellation policies, however they have always been upfront with me on the deposit and policies. Def recommend. :)"

"I’ve been coming to Nails By Crystal for almost two years and have mostly had positive experiences. What is lacking in customer service and bedside manner is made up for in skill. However, today I received dip nails that looked awful. I attempted to communicate what I was looking for multiple times and even provided pictures for reference. I was ignored. Considering the cost ($70) of the nails my expectations were much higher. A very disappointing experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Updated reply to owner: thank you, Crystal. That’s a great example of the bedside manner clients should expect. Best of luck to you."
