"Over all the experience was okay. The nail tech that did my daughter nails she was Great! But I went in there with a specific design that I wanted. The first person they gave me she was honest with me and told me she doesn’t do design art work. She asked if I wanted to switch to someone else who does art work. I told her yes so then the next lady says that she can do the design. But when the design was finished it didn’t look good at all it looked sloppy and she was in a hurry and was ready to get to the next person. Then told me because the length of the nail I have was short length which made the heart looked like that. But all honesty she should’ve took into consideration that the heart probably should’ve been smaller due to the length of nail I have. So she had to redo all my nails to a different design that I didn’t really want at the beginning. If she didn’t feel confident in doing it she should’ve said no from the beginning and I would went with something different and stayed with the first nail tech. Also when I went back to ask the girls in the front why she charged me $25.00 for a custom design one I didn’t even want first of all. Which she didn’t charge me for the first design I understand. She told me it is the nail tech who is the one that puts the charges we just collect. I told the girl okay and left and didn’t say anything rude to either of them because it is not there fault. But when I have to hear from my 9 year old tell me when we get to the car that one of the girls gave me a stank eye look when I turn my back to leave. Like that is highly unprofessional. I would’ve been okay if the nail tech told me that she didn’t feel confident to do it I would be okay with that. Instead of get this is my first time making this design and blaming the length of my nail and the glitter was to big. Then ugly looks when I turn my back. I wish the second nail tech would’ve told me that it was going to be a custom French nail tip design and would be extra I would just went with a solid color because at this point I didn’t get what I wanted in the first place. The first time I came to this place I only got a pedicure and it was great that is why I went back to get my nails done. But at this point I won’t be back and I will just stay with the original place I go to."

"We've been coming here for years. This is the only salon my mom will use for her nails. My daughter also loves coming to get her eyebrows waxed and they do a wonderful job! There's a ton of competition in town but you know this place does a great job when it's the only one we'll go to! Their very clean and decorate it nice as well!"

"My daughter and I enjoyed our relaxing sparenity manicures and herbal pedicures! The staff were kind and efficient and paid attention to detail. Updated 12/6/2023-- my daughter and I continue to choose Sparenity! They do a great job, are friendly, and thorough. I never doubt the cleanliness. Prices are about the best around."

"Made an appointment for two pedicures. My sister and I chose the basic pedicure, and I brought my own gel polish. When she asked if I had gel polish on my toes already. I told her no, and she used a drill to take me regular polish off. I didn't think anything by it, but she added it to my bill as a gel polish removal. I brought a magnet gel polish. I asked the lady doing my pedicure if she ever did cats eye polish before, and she said no. So her first attempt looked really good, but then she went over it, and it looked bad. All my toes have different effects. No two nails look the same. But apparently, that was an extra $15, but the lady never said anything about it. When we got to the register, the total came up to over a hundred dollars. For two basic pedicures. The staff was friendly, but there should be more transparency on the up charge for added on services before they get added. I talked with the lady who was ringing me up and let them know we did not have gel nail polish on that needed removal, and we told the nail techs that. So, she was able to remove that. I do not recommend this place. And I will not be going back, which is a shame because it's so close to home for me."

"Positives: lady that greets you was so nice, went above and beyond. I wish I would have asked for her name because she was amazing. She was a middle age Hispanic woman that if we go back we will go back because of her. Another positive is they greet you with a drink which is super nice and makes up the experience aspect. Negatives: I personally had a lady names IVY, rude attitude, rushed her work, left air bubbles in my nails and charged me $60 for a fill, gel, and 3 fingers per hand of rhinestones. That seemed a little expensive for me since I usually pay $60 for a new set. But whatever. Manicure was literally painful, she drilled me multiple times so hard I felt a burning sensation on my fingers. Then told me to stay still. My bf got a gel manicure that when we left we saw all the bubbles. His service was better in terms of attitude and pain but the service as a whole was a no go for the both of us. Last thing is she gave me the manicure a little farther away from my cuticle than I wanted. So in a week it will look like I need another fill. We paid over $130 and left bummed. Pictures attached for reference. The place has potential but it was no for us this time. I feel bad because I met the owner at their other location and he and the service there was amazing."
