"The owner screws people on price! Took my daughter there she never told me the price till I paid but just for her nails painted that’s all and she charged me 70 bucks! Definitely a horrible owner stay far away from this place!"

"I have never walked into a nail salon and asked how much for nails but after going to this salon I learned this is a question that should be asked. The technician that did my nails was nice, very talented. The atmosphere was also pleasant and impressive I was shocked when I checked out and found that my bill was $160 for a regular set of nails with shellac polish. My nails look great but the breakdown of charges were astronomical. $85 for a set with shellac $25 for nail length (adding a tip) $8 for shaping ( this should be part of the service) $32 for a credit card usage surcharge. I added a 15% tip as well. Shocking. I really want to use this place but these prices are too much for nails. I would definitely go back if they fix their pricing."

"I hesitated writing this review after seeing how the owner tends to attack anyone that doesn't have something nice to say. It looks more unprofessional of them than what needs to be said and therefore I decided to post my experience. This salon is new, and is stunning when you walk in. BEWARE though, because they have hidden fees for everything. You are asked to take a seat at a desk and sign in first before they will even consult with you regarding what you came in for. I was persuaded to review the pedicure menu and was handed the VIP list with $70+ items. I should have started asking questions about prices at that moment but I was the only person in the salon and I was ready to give the owner a chance. I regret it so much. I came in for a pedicure and acrylic nails (with my natural nail) I was asked if I wanted my callus removed, which I said yes because for more than 15 years, that has always been a standard part of my pedicure. I was charged $10 for this and after reading reviews, that's listed somewhere in the 3 page menu. $8 to shape my nails when I already have nails shaped. I understand the charge if I was asking for a change to the shape of my nails but they are already in an almond shape so all she had to do was file them which again is another standard service. When I brought this up at checkout, I was completely ignored. I was very annoyed more so with myself for not leaving at the beginning. The total bill was more than double what I pay down the street. And i'm sorry to tell you, from your previous comments on other posts about this salon being superior to others.. you are very wrong. I received exactly the same service but with a huge bill and burned nail beds. When I left, I noticed two of my nails were very red. By the next day, it was very clear she had cut me while drilling. My nails were hurting and I still have a scab on those two nails. There are no other employees besides the owner so what would have been about an hour of service was more than 3 hours. If you have money to spend and don't mind how long you'll be there, then by all means give this place a shot. Just very thoroughly read the reviews and make sure to look over the price menu at the beginning. ** also please ask before taking pictures and videos of clients. The owner kept taking pictures of my nails and then hands me the menu and asks me to say something for future customers as she starts recording me, which made me uncomfortable."

"I absolutely loved my experience here! the family running this place are very friendly and I felt very welcome, the wife has a very lovely family, interior is absolutely gorgeous, you have to look at it! My nails came out perfectly! Their son is literally so adorable! and at such a young age he's very friendly, welcoming, and hospitable and he also delivered great customer service, after a long day with a rude clients it was very refreshing and welcoming! The owners are extremely hard working and very nice, I look forward to the official grand opening ( though they are open) I recommend this place to literally everybody! You have to come by here it's absolutely gorgeous and you're going to love the experience! This will quickly become your go-to nail salon!"
