"The guy that works in the day will not give children their change back. When they try to get him to give them their change. He will threaten them by either saying he is a police officer and has a gun and we'll shoot them. Or saying that his brother is a police officer and he will have his brother shoot them. He told my son that he was a police officer and that when he sees my son on the street he was going to kill him. All my son tried to do was get his change for a Coke. This guy should be in prison. I've talked to several children in the area who come over to play with my son. And they say he does the same thing to them. He won't give them there change and threatens them with murder. Sometimes claiming to be a HPD police officer or saying that his brother is a HPD police officer."
