"I would consider this a franchise. No real connection with customer service. I’m not sure about the nail product they use either. I’ve came several times and they get my nails to be on fire when they put on the acrylic powered and they prime it with the light. I’ve had my nails done for 15yrs and this burning sensation is kinda weird. The place is beautiful. Certainly. But I’ve gone to other salons where they at least offer my drinks. It was embarrassing to leave one time cus I couldn’t take the burning sensation and then to be looked at like I was the problem!"
"what i asked for vs what i got. the woman i got (i can’t remember her name it started with an L) seemed to not speak much english and was snappy with me i don’t know if that was on purpose or not. i showed her the photo with the tan accent finger and said i want this but i don’t want the glitter and she did all my nails black and did the glitter anyways. i didn’t say anything because for some reason i cannot stand up for myself so i’m not expecting anything from this review except to warn others make sure you are clear about what you want. she did this holo glitter and something with a magnet on one finger and i said oh that’s cute yeah do it on all of them (since she had already done it to one) but every nail looks completely different. i usually always get solid plain white nails and was stepping out of my comfort zone with what i wanted and ill never do it again unfortunately. i also probably won’t return here, i usually go to Olive in new caney but wanted to give this place a try. the guy at the front desk was the only good thing about this place and the only reason i gave 2 stars. $70 later and i don’t even like what i left with."
"This salon was my go too…now I will not return as they don’t care if you spend hundreds of dollars a month with them. I went in on feb 2nd with my mom and daughter to celebrate my daughters 4th birthday and get all of our nails done (my daughters first time). Walked out spending $350 on 1 full set, 1 shellac set, 2 deluxe pedicures with shellac, and my daughter just getting her nails and toes painted and a tip to all 5 people who worked on us. I come back on Wednesday feb 21st to get a new set and a pedicure. I walk out paying $98 for the service and $20 in tips for the 2 people who worked on me. But I didn’t get what I asked for…I got a “refill” on my hands. I wanted black ballerina shaped acrylic nails and received black almond short shellac nails. Because I received a phone call in the beginning of my service I wasn’t able to catch the refill in time and decided it was my fault for not speaking up and just accepted the service paid, tipped, and left. I called on Saturday Feb 24th because my nails are chipping and one is broken off and others are beinging to separate. They said to come in and they would take care of it. I come in just a short 2 hours later and am told I will have to pay $30 more to have them do a fresh new set the way I wanted them. I accept and sit down for them to start filling and telling me it’s going to cost $60 to redo it. So I turn and ask again how much I will be paying and she said $40 to have them reshaped to ballerina. At this point I’m irritated so I leave and will not return as they keep changing price and don’t care to fix what they messed up in the beginning. I didn’t want it free but I’m not paying for two full sets 4 days apart when they should have been fine the first time. Super disrespectful when I came in nice and kind and super non-confrontational. You would think a business would care about what they let leave their salon but they do not care here. It’s all about how much money they can squeeze out of you here! Photos of what I walked in with on Saturday (3 days after I had them done) and what I walked out with."
"Would give zero stars!! Burned me with the hot towel, tried to charge me full price, I said I would pay half, then offered 10% off, at that point I said half or nothing. Then some guy tries to tell me "well they have to be warm" there's a difference between warm and hot enough to burn!! Arguing back and forth and tells me he's a Dr lol so I say, you're a Dr but work at a nail salon? Then says well we have Dr's in the family.... yea ok boss!! DO NOT COME HERE!!"
"Loved my experience! I came in with a photo and left with a perfect set of nails! My nail tech went over the process and even color matched my acrylic to my skin tone perfectly for a French tip!!! I payed a reasonable price and she asked me if I liked every little detail as she did it!"
