"The nail tech hit my lip when I asked for a soak off, she said they don’t use acetone! She laughed in my face and ripped the gel nails off by hand and ripped a piece of my nail off ! She said they don’t have a manager on site and this is their protocol. I still was required to pay."
"I went yesterday with my mom and we are actually committed customers. For some reason the nail tech Karen was being very rude to my mom while she was doing her toe nails. My mom has a lot of buildup in her toenails and dead skin and she was asking Karen nicely if she can soak her feet a little more so she have her nails trimmed correctly since they didn’t even give us a chance to sit our feet in the water in the beginning.They we’re rushing when we were the only customers there?? I understand if your having a bad day or you don’t like your job anymore but that is no way to treat your customers. I’m very upset because I took my mom out to treat us both and have some girl time during my pregnancy. As soon as I find out when the owner returns I’ll be letting her know about this. I’m a massage therapist that understands the importance of good customer service and that was unacceptable."
