"I am giving it a 0 star. First i came in i was told 30 min wait ok i can do it but ended up with 50 min wait. The manager did my nails! I was so afraid of him and let me tell you why : he was agressive holding my hands while doing the job in one point i got dizzy. He put so much powder over my nail that it was touching my skin which then he had to remove you can tell from the pictures. The stone i got is not even in the middle. I have glue/ nail color on my skin."

"So the only good thing about this place is that they’re never really all that busy. First off they do a terrible job with acrylic nails. There’s this one lady that had fungus in her fingernails and she doesn’t wear gloves. I told that same lady i wanted square shaped nails and she made them round and when i told her i wanted them more square she lightly filed them and said “There?” with an attitude so i just left it like that. Also i wanted them black and she only did one coat so it was patchy af. For some reason i decided to come back and this time she was watching videos on youtube and she was hardly paying attention. She even cut the skin around my cuticles because she wasn’t paying attention and i started bleeding. My nails ended up looking like bubbles and again not the shape i wanted at all"

"First the picture displaying a set of red acrylic nails are horrible. I would be outraged if I paid that much money for them to come out looking like the picture. Second, the male nail technician working at this location is rude and disrespectful. He also doesn't listen to the customer when they are trying to tell him something. For example, I was trying to let him know not to tug on my right arm as it has been broken twice and I had surgery on it fairly recently. It hurts me very much. He still persisted with jarring my arm and pulling on it. After paying and I left I thought about my experience and felt I should go in and complain. I guess there is not a "manager" or management so I again tried to explain to the man ( who thought he did no wrong) and he just laughed at me and walked off. VERY RUDE!!! I will NOT go back there."

"The guy that works at this place is TOTALLY unprofessional. I told him I wanted my nails really short. After I asked him to cut them more, he had an attitude. I asked him if he was going to put fake nails on all of my nails because I didn’t want to and He completely misunderstood me. Yes I had a broken nail that needed a fake nail and I was aware of that.He was thinking that I didn’t want to replace that nail. I tried to explain that I was asking him if he was going to do ALL fake nails but he wasn’t listening It is obvious that he DOES NOT understand English. He was extremely RUDE and Loud.He shouldn’t be working at that place especially if he doesnt understand English."

"Absolutely love getting my nails done here. I've had my nails done and Oklahoma California Colorado New Mexico and South Dakota. But the best job I ever get them done is here at the this nail salon"
