"Horrible service, went in to get my nails removed and a new set. Lady kept cutting me, she kept saying if I'm hurting you let me know. I told her twice it was hurting she proceeded. Then the nail file went off onto my thumb cutting me and she looked at me like she was surprised. I pulled my hand away and she just said I'm sorry she was in a rush. After removing my nails and a few cuts I said, I'm sorry I don't want to get a new set, let me pay for what you had to remove. She didn't want me to leave she kept saying she can fix it for me and there was no bleeding so I would be ok. Yes you are right no blood but do you know how throbbing and red my fingers are now. Paid $13.00 to get my fingers cut. I was in no rush but apparently she was even though the place was empty. 11:30 AM. Never again I don't like feeling rushed, and the service I received was disappointing."

"Everyone is nice and smiles and very helpful. I've never personally come here for myself, but my mom loves it here. I come here every single year, 3 times a year, for the same gift for my mom. I get a gift card here for Mother's Day, Her birthday, and Christmas. What is even more funny is that I'll walk in, and the person at the desk instantly knows why I'm there and asks me, "How much this time?"."

"Vicky does my eyelashes, individuals, she is quick and gentle. The glue doesn’t itch like some places. They last a good 2 to 3 weeks before I go back for a fill in. Great price. I’ve never gotten my nails done here."

"Tory and Amy are the nail technicians that I've had positive experiences with. Every other time I've had experiences where the color was wrong it was a sloppy job, or I got cut multiple times. Today was the last time I'll go there. I understand that mistakes happen, but the owner and technicians are just so aloof and unapologetic. I told the owner my sisters nails were literally bleeding and he just said he was sorry. We still paid full price for everything, weren't offered anything at all for the horrible job done. My sister didn't even want me to say anything, but her nails are so sore and this wasn't the first time we've had this experience. Time to find a new place"

"Today was very busy. But it doesn't matter if they're busy or slow, they treat you with respect and kindness. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I had a pedicure and wax. Pam did an amazing job and was so patient with me. Everyone wore mask, unless drinking a complimentary beverage. They are mask friendly and observed social distancing. The shop was also very clean. I've tried other places but they're not like TLC. They take good care of my feet."
