"The worse customer service ever I been going to them for 5+ years and after today I’m finding a new tech Michael the manager I been going to for years yells at you after you understand him and makes you feel stupid and I recommended nobody goes to that salon attitudes and getting yelled at is unnecessary after you paying their rent they need to shut down . Nobody needs to be around negativity."

"Paid $120 for nails that were not worth that. It was a French tip nude. That’s it. The nail tech didn’t ask what shape I wanted, never made eye contact, & was watching a show on her phone the entire service. I had my appointment @5:30 I was not seated till 6:20. I was very disappointed. The price,that I was not told before hand, did not match the service nor the nails. It has now been about 5 days. I have 4 nails lifting already. Once again, the price did not match the service or the end product."

"I went to get my nails done on Saturday, it is Monday now. I had an appointment at 4pm. Mind you I’ve come to this place since I’ve been in high school. So about 10 years. There have been multiple instances where they snap at you , or are just rude if you ask a simple question. I’m probably the most quiet customer ever. I’ve let so much go and just made sure to never be with DEbbie because of her attitude. But after this last appointment I’ve made up my mind to stop dealing with these things and even having an appointment but not getting taken back until 45 minutes after the appointment. Then after seeing it had been an hour and a half and all I had done was a manicure that was not even good!!! The nail polish didn’t even cover the whole nail, I’m just a few days it will look like I haven’t had them done in weeks. I opted to not get my pedicure because of the manicure and how long I’d been waiting. It was a waste of my time! If I had just left somewhere else I’m sure I would’ve had a pedicure and manicure in that amount of time. With my job all we do is work by appointments , and I do not understand how they can make you wait so long after a scheduled appointment to take walk ins, and be rude to YOU when you’re upset about it. Like basically don’t you dare have feelings here because they will just make it as you’re the problem. #photoattachedisfromtwodaysago"

"ZERO STARS!!!!Do not go to get your nails or feet done here. I was serviced here by Tanya/Lynn on 3 different occasions. The last time she did my nails,I notice slight pain in my thumb when I put my hand in the machine to dry. I mentioned it to her and she stated that it COULD be that I had broke a nail under the acrylic( i know for sure I didn’t break a nail, I would have waited until it healed to get my nails done). After a few weeks I began to notice a black spot on my nail so I decided to soak off the acrylic and realized that I had a fungus on both of my thumbs. I reached out to Tanya but no response. I’ve also had to tell them to change equipment when doing my feet and that I only wanted one person working on my feet at a time. They constantly start working on one person,stop,and have another nail tech finish the job. Avoid this place!!!"

"Love this nail place!!! They are my to go place. Lyhn is AMAZING and does amazing work. Everyone is always soo nice. I'll always go here no matter the wait or the drive."
