"This salon is perfect! The owner is so amazing and talented!!! I called right before they closed because I don't live in the area and I got in town late for My little sister's bday, they still told us we could come in and be taken care of. We had 3 pedicures and full sets. I Apologized alor for coming so late and I would've understood if they turned me away bit they didn't. A team stayed behind. The water was nice and hot for our pedicures. The owner is the one who did My full set and it's clear that she is a perfectionist. She made sure it was to her liking and she followed the photo I requested and came through! The girl who did My pedicure did a beautiful job as well. I think I left a good tip and we were never rushed. At the end the owner helped us make our pics cuter by adding a pot of flowers in our background while she took the pic for us against her photogenic flower wall. I highly recommend and I wished this salon was In Richmond too. THANK YOU GLO NAILS for taking care of my family and I."

"I was in town and needed my nails done badly as they were brittle and just needed something over them. My cousin lives in the area and suggested I go here since she’s started going here. Anna who did my pedicure was amazing and did a great job. Lisa also did a great job with my nails, but I’m giving this a 4 star experience as I have done my nails at many places and although they have small talks, there has always been a welcoming atmosphere. I am also bilingual and find it quite rude. There were no interaction with their clients nor were there any attempts to do so. I would come here again because of the work they do, but hopefully their customer service improves."

I've been a religious and loyal client to Lisa at one of her other nail shops, and I can attest to the unparalleled customer service, AND beautiful work she does, and expects from her nail techs. Try this shop under new management and you will NOT be disappointed, Lisa goes above and beyond for her customers in every aspect, such as immaculate work, fair and competitive pricing, and a positive experience every single time. I will literally drive over 20 minutes to which ever location she is at, because of her amazing work ethic. If she is on vacation, I can trust her techs will also take amazing care of me. I usually get gel manicure and pedicure and never leave disappointed, and with beautiful nails. My mom goes to her shop also, and loves it. Check it out!"
