"I am so frustrated. i always come here and SETTLE. My husband started his pedicure 15min before me, somehow I caught up to him even though mine should’ve been 45mins it was so fast. people pay too much money for no relaxation and rushing . My nails was nothing I asked for. Nude doesn’t go with all skin. i’m black so this color doesn’t match. i asked for clear she kept saying no. i went to pay and asked to keep one pedicure on 1 card. multiple of times. and she didn’t listen! instead put $134 on the card. no discount for not getting nothing i asked for. this is frustrating. and needs to be better. Crystal is the only one who can do nails and fast. i miss tommy."

"I’m a nail biter and have short nail beds BUT MY GOD!! they were able to give me beautiful set of nails. I had a male tech (forgot to ask for his name for next time) and he took his time. No bumps and straight edges. It is so hard to find a nail tech that is not money hungry that they rush their job just to get to the next person. I’m very happy with the set!!"

"I love this place! Decided to get my nails done one last time last week before I move out of state. Of course, Tommy never disappoints! He outdid himself with this set and I appreciate it so much. He and the woman that also sits in the front on the other side always did a fantastic job on my nails and worked with me to get them done just how I like them. I'll definitely miss them and this salon! Now to find one that does this good a job in New York lol."

"I've been getting my nails done here for YEARS and tommy always does an amazing job. Today I came in to get a broken nail repaired. In the years I've gotten my nails done I have never been charged to repair a nail that has broken within 3 days of service....But paying $5 isn't what bothered me, it's the fact that i now have a nail that looks NOTHING like the other nails. It is very obviously larger, lumpy, bulky, and coffin shaped while all the other nails are square as tommy did. I let her know i was unhappy with the nail and that it didn't even slightly resemble the others and she just swiped my card and handed it back to me. Never coming back here."

"Crystal does nails excellent and Donna is fantastic on the pedicure. This Nail Spa is a great place everyone is very friendly and you're very well pampered. These ladies are so great, I've been knowing them for 10 years."
