"I got shellac yesterday evening. The color was beautiful but they recommended a matte topcoat and my top coat was scuffing with anything I touched. I asked them if I could get a new color today and that I was sorry but this matte did not work for me. They said it was fine and we could do a color change.. After getting there the lady told me never to get shellac again and get regular polish because it is less difficult to remove.. I asked her please to just soak them off. She said no and began scuffing my nails AND skin with a coarse buffer and then used a drill to remove the rest, nicking my skin a few times.. she left excess nail polish on (I asked just for clear) I asked her to please remove the rest and she said no and I then told her I would be done.. I went up front and explained what happened and that I would like a partial refund. They said no. The RUINED my natural nail, nail bed/skin.."
