"No room for advancement. I had two jobs, work at the warehouse and be a driver delivering or picking up equipment or material and would get paid $15 hour. Management was terrible. We had no HR at our El Paso, Texas location. The manager Mike was very unprofessional. He would yell at you and throw things around ( boxes with mateial in it). He had a bad temper and wouldn't control his anger, not even with his superiors. Was told I was going to be promoted to supervisor's so I wouldn't quit my job. Waited 3 months and never got the promotion. No room for advancement or raise."
