"I do not recommend this nail shop. This was my first time coming here and I did not like the experience. As I went in I saw on her wall that she only takes cash now before I sat in chair and anyone started on my nails I asked did she take any other payment besides cash because I do not keep cash on me. Now Ann stated that she takes Zelle, cash app, Apple Pay so I told her I can do Apple Pay. Now after I got done with my nails I asked her can she send me the number to Apple Pay money to. She gave me the number so the service was moving slow so I asked her if she could’ve put her WiFi password in my phone so that it could move a bit faster so she did I send the money to the number she gave me. Which she kept saying she didn’t get the money when she did she just had to accept it. So I kept telling her I send the money and she kept saying she didn’t receive when she did so she told me I couldn’t leave until she got it and locked the door on me and called the police which I showed Ann and another client that was in the nail shop I send the money. So once she called the police I called them too because she was holding me hostage for some money she had received and was trying to make it seem like I didn’t send it. So once they arrived they saw my bank statement and the money was send on my end to her and saw on her phone that she had to accept it because it was coming from a different number. I would not recommend going to this nail because because they only take cash and if you don’t have cash she takes Apple Pay, Zelle or cash app. And she clearly doesn’t know how to work Apple Pay. And I feel like if you don’t know how to work it you should have some type of debit and credit card reader so that you can take card payments to resolve these issue."

Had the best reviews so I waited. She is a character. She was awesome. She was friendly, inviting, very knowledgeable, and fix my nails to the T The pink powder were different, but they weren’t even that noticeable thank you sooo much Ma.Ann"
