"Came here on Saturday for the first time to get my brows done However I don't know what the old lady done but this is not what's up at all. I've never looked like this after getting my brows done. Wish I could have given zero ⭐"

"2✨only because I like the way my French set turned out. Went in for a full service pedicure. My mom was paying and I was grateful for the bday gift of many. So I chose to go without complaint of what the place looked like. The pedi was given with used equipment that I had just watched her use on another client. Avoid this place they are unsanitary. Nothing they used on me was washed or disinfected. NOTHING. There were 3 ladies and I was serviced by 2. The lady who did my feet did an overlay for my set & she nitpicked at my big toe acrylics for 7-10 mins apiece scarring the cuticle from the digging and perfection she was trying to achieve. She uses so much acrylic on my toe that when she filed it down it boxes my toe in. & then she tried cleaning it up w a drill & it wouldn’t work bc it was no room to put the drill in between my toe and overlay. Both overlays were 2 different sizes & lengths. I would post the pics but they arent pic worthy even to prove the dissatisfaction. Not to mention the gel peeled off one toe before I even made it home. Not sure why. Now I didnt notice this until after I left and inspected it thoroughly when I got home to BCS. 2 hrs away! To speak on service. I was then interrupted by the 3rd lady who was trying to dispute a bill with HTX water. And she asked me to speak to the lady. When I tried explaining to her the situation about her being past due on her water bill. She didnt like my answers and comments & kinda became rude to me since I didn’t completely take her side like I can change the bill myself. This was about 5-7 mins of my time. Then she stormed off upset. Once they put her on hold again she came back to me to show me her bank acct to prove to me I was wrong she is right. & she isnt past due. Regardless I dont expect this type of service when getting a pedi and acrylic set. I understand their was a language barrier between her & the associate on the phone. But to then to ask for my help. Involve me then be displeased w me. Well how dare I? NO how dare she. I spent $100 for both services & tipped 20%. In spite of how I truly felt in the moment. I wouldn’t return here simply because I watched how unsafe and unsanitary this place is. “Why didn’t you just leave?” Im trying to be more open minded and understanding of everyone’s situation. But what I experienced is unacceptable! They washed out lunch dishes in the same hand washing sink. As well as the hand washing brush I asked where to put the dirty ones. She said oh back in the same one I took it out of because they change the chemical daily. WHAT?! Please make it make sense. If you dont take this review as a warning to avoid this establishment affordable or not. Enter at your own risk of infection & uncouth services."

"The nail stylist was more focused on other clients, kept getting up to go help others what should have taken 30 minutes took an hour and a half because she was more interested in the people getting manicures or eyebrows. The floors and desks were dirty more so then a norrmal nail salon they had the nail clipping of the people before then on and under the table. The stylist kept burping in our face as we were getting our nails done, they didn't offer us a new color when getting a refill would only allow us to get the same color because "it was too hard to cover" never had we had a nail place deny a new color on a refill before. No license was on display verifing that they were registered in Texas. The service was the worst I have ever gotten in any nail salon ever. The stylist also decided she was hungry about halfway through and decided she would get a bag of chips and eat well she was doing nails. Absolutely upset with the service, quality, and professionalism of this establishment. On top of all this they wouldn't allow my boyfriend to sit with me when getting my nails done they made him go sit in the waiting room...."
