Reviews of Walmart Supercenter
"CUSTOMER BEWARE:The store is nicely redone but the customer service is awful. They’re rude. Three workers chatted socially amongst themselves at the Customer service desk while customers are waiting. Then, they won’t take a return one-week after Valentine’s Day, claiming that their manager won’t allow seasonal returns (the purchase was made 11 days ago). There’s nothing on the website claiming that seasonal items cannot be returned. Even at Christmas, customers have until Jan 31 to return items. Unacceptable."
"I recently visited Walmart Supercenter for my grocery needs and was thoroughly impressed. The store was well-organized, clean, and stocked with a wide variety of fresh produce, meats, and pantry essentials. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience smooth and efficient. Great prices and quality products. Highly recommend!"
"I went to this store today I came across two separate employees that I asked for help. Neither one of them spoke any English and told me such. When I inquired why we are in a store in the US that I can’t get any help because the people didn’t speak English I was told equal opportunity. I completely understand equal opportunity, as I am a black woman. What I don’t understand is why I was told I can speak with them using a language translator on their phone. That is crazy, I do that socially but during shopping??? That is not Customer Service that’s actually ridiculous. I bet if I was speaking a language from Africa, I would never have been hired, and no one would’ve said equal opportunity. I believe that all people in United States have equal opportunity, but we live in the US and the main language is English. This is the same store that did, renovations and all the signs telling me what was going on, was in Spanish. The renovations are over, but I shouldn’t have to guess. Again, I have no problem with people speaking different languages. We live in this great country with people come from everywhere. My issue is if you’re dealing with customers, you should be able to speak the native language and the language in the country that you live in. English is the native in the United States."
"I checked in at 1:51pm to get my tire patched and still here waiting for my car when they had plenty of technicians but they were too busy prioritizing cars that we’re going to pay because I have road hazard. That guy in the picture was just walking around and texting for over 30 minutes. I asked what was the hold up and was told I had to wait because the guy was almost done with the car ahead of me so I figured they only had one guy to do tires. Just now 3:07pm they send the same guy standing there texting to do my car when they could have sent him earlier. I have no idea why I have to wait an hour and a half for a tire patch. This Walmart is horrible and the customer service of the person at the counter was horrible. It is now 3:26 pm and I am still waiting for a patch. I would have been home in 15 minutes had I took it down the street to a tire shops."
"Big shot out to Zelice she is the lead in the shoe department. We have shopped here several time. We have always dealt with Ms Zelice . She helped us tremendously with the large shoe purchase for our non-profit foundation. She made sure we were taken care of at the register. We love shopping here. The staff and managers are so nice. We love Walmart. They are a blessing to our foundation. We will be back."
